If the result is in the title, that's probably more relevant than when it's at the bottom of the page :)

At the summit we looked at the code, and it's the case already, so I'm not sure what exactly this ticket is about.
Should it give it even more weight?

It doesn't show the results in titles before the others, I'm pretty sure...

Indeed, it's just giving them some more weight, and other factors come into play (such as how much it's matching). Perhaps increasing the title's weight would help (it's worth trying I think). My intuition is that there's a ceiling to this weight, above which the quality of the search results's ordering will start dropping to the floor. Perhaps a good first step would be to come up with a few search examples, along with what we believe they should be instead?
