Description

Being created using LUKS, it is technically possible to open the
persistent volume from a Tails USB stick on a different operating
system: in Linux using LUKS, on Windows using FreeOFTE (but then Windows
has no support for ext4 file systems). But this is a pretty bad idea
since their is not guarantee on the security provided by those when
accessing it for:

- Handling sensitive information
- Keeping no traces

I'm not sure about putting it in the FAQ, I think it should go in the persistence warnings (https://tails.boum.org/doc/first_steps/persistence/warnings).
