Investigate how front desk could receive only new tickets activity

The front desk person should keep an eye on new tickets being created in Redmine. So we should investigate if Redmine has an API or RSS trick to make this easily trackable.
For the moment the front desk person is asked to track new tickets on https://labs.riseup.net/code/projects/tails/issues?query_id=148 but this includes all tickets in “new” state, and not only the ones created recently.
