Apply to Comcast Innovation Fund
Their "Topics of interest" from last year  are very broad. It means
that we can probably fit in somewhere but that they might be a lot of
I registered as Riseup Labs to their online platform and saved the
password in credentials.asc (58b81db). The submission for is very small
and much more targeted at research than implementation. See attachment.
The links to their previous reports are broken and I couldn't find other
info on what they funded in the past.
It might be worth reusing the application we had about messaging
application but I don't think it's worth writing something new for them.

I assigned this ticket to @moire because:
- The form seems super simple and we should reuse existing text so it's
probably something you can do on your own.
- You only see tickets assigned to you when they are marked "Private".
But you don't have to do it if you don't feel like it and it will also
apply on the "Fundraising" view so we won't loose it from sight even if
you unassign it from you.
No developer availability before June, except for things we're going to do anyway. Unlikely we have more availability before September.
