I looked at our current checklist and almost all of this is listed there. Those things are not documented in detail but that's why it's called a checklist :) IMO we can improve this as we go when we'll realize what is too unclear or lacking details in practice. For example, one of us could be around next time a team onboards a new member, so they can tell us what they don't understand and what info they lack.
The only thing that I see was missing is "after care & expectations", so I've just added it.
