Description

This isolates them in PO files and will make translator's life easier. See #16279.

To check which files still have unwrapped '[[!meta' directives you can use something like:

find -iname "*.html" -exec grep -l '^\[\[!meta title' '{}' \;

These are either:

  • Not translated (eg. /news and /contribute)
  • With only 1 meta directive, no there's no blob to split (see the description of #16279)
