Test suite: persistence.feature vs. buster, notifications…
Once the persistence device has been set up, a notification pops up and stays around. That overlays with the tails-persistence-setup window title, which is going to make pattern matching harder.
Should we get rid of the notification (or maybe make sure it doesn't pop up at all)? I'm tempted to implement a work around for the time being by updating the reference image, including only the bottom of the title (left uncovered by the notification).
The same thing might be needed for the following tests/windows.
There's a notification pop-up on top of the area covered by the
PersistenceWizardPresets.png reference image. As a consequence cropping
was performed to keep the text part only, trying to be future-proof (in
case the notification pop-up is gotten rid of or its dimensions get

FWIW we reached a point where even finding a fuzzy candidate fails:
00:15:44.067461583: Failed to find fuzzy candidate picture for PersistenceWizardPresets.png
so I don't have an image handy to replace the current image with (I could crop it out with Gimp though, including the background…).

I'm seeing a similar behaviour with 3.11, there's a notification popping up after the initialization. After 1 minute without touching anything, it's still around; approximately 5 seconds after moving the mouse by a few pixels (on the other side of the screen compared to the notification), it disappears.

Here's a screenshot for 3.11, with a slightly less high notification pop-up (different icon size and placement inside, too), which doesn't extend until the window title; that is likely why we haven't had much troubles until now.
This is with a 1024x768 resolution, i.e. the default libvirt/virt-manager settings in stretch for the host side.
