Reset test suite to commit 7837bcbf559bb99f09e8248138b79967ea895509.

I need the test suite working to release 3.0~beta2, and it's been quite broken
on feature/stretch since the merge of test/12059-dogtail-optimizations.

anonym: I'll see how problematic it is today during the 3.0~beta2 security release. If it's too painful I might ask you to treat this with high priority.

It seems my attempt pre-sprint actually fixed everything Dogtail-related:

4a428b0b36 Test suite: fix another use of unset '@torbrowser' variable.
4b9b213e5b Test suite: make more use of the '@torbrowser' variable.
3f76750018 Test suite: deal with Dogtail clicking on a button before it appears.
403eb3fc31 Test suite: adapt tests after change of semantics for Dogtail.
f4fa0c45f9 Test suite: fix use of unset variable.
8b99a01e6b Test suite: make 'the Tor Browser has started' unambiguous.
