Consider reintroducing eatmydata (or dpkg unsafe-io) in the build process
In 08f3df1d131bb4ca573aa3fc0e67bee31ae05b45 I had to drop eatmydata. How much does this affect build time?
Drop eatmydata from packages list and build system.
Removing eatmydata did not affect build time when building in RAM.
Building on disk is a corner case so let's not bother optimizing it:
it'll be super slow anyway. Patches welcome to reintroduce eatmydata
without breaking the build :)
